Svmuu News: Robinhood Ventures Fund I (RVI), a dedicated investment vehicle under Robinhood that provides investment opportunities to retail investors, has invested $75 million in AI giant OpenAI. The fund began trading on the New York Stock Exchange in March of this year. RVI’s current portfolio also includes Databricks, Revolut, and Oura. OpenAI had previously opposed Robinhood’s plans to launch its tokenized equity products in Europe. The investment aims to meet growing demand among retail investors for exposure to AI companies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and xAI.
