Microsoft CEO: In the future, every company must build both human capital and token capital
Svmuu News: Satya Nadella, Chairman and CEO of Microsoft, posted a lengthy article on X titled “A frontier without an ecosystem is not stable.” In the post, Nadella stated that in the future, every company must simultaneously build two types of capital: Human Capital and Token Capital. Human Capital encompasses employees’ knowledge, judgment, professional networks, creativity, and pattern recognition capabilities; Token Capital, on the other hand, refers to the AI capabilities that a company owns and builds. More importantly, as Token Capital grows, Human Capital does not lose value; on the contrary, it becomes even more crucial. Human initiative will be the core driving force behind the growth of Token Capital.Humans are responsible for setting ambitious goals, connecting information across disciplines, building networks, and identifying truly significant patterns. Without human guidance, computing power merely spins its wheels. Therefore, the real opportunity lies not in choosing the best model, but in building a learning loop around the model, enabling Human Capital and Token Capital to grow together through compound growth.
