During his leave of absence, he reflected on his priorities and future plans and concluded that now was the right time to step down. He noted that his experience as Co-Executive Director of the Ethereum Foundation gave him a comprehensive understanding of how the Ethereum community collaborates, and he is proud of the achievements made by the Ethereum Foundation and all contributors within the ecosystem—including developers, researchers, educators, node operators, validators, and users.He said that while he plans to devote more time to his family in the future, he will continue to contribute to the Ethereum ecosystem as a community member.
