Svmuu News: Story (IP) officially changed its name to DATA Foundation today. IP tokens were converted to DATA at a 1:1 ratio, with the number of token holders remaining unchanged. Trace, the world’s first public audit platform for AI training data, was launched simultaneously and is positioned as the “Etherscan for AI training data.” DATA rose 28% today.
DATA announced the completion of a technical integration with Kled, the world’s largest volunteer-contributed AI data marketplace. Approximately 1.1 billion licensed data records have been officially integrated into the DATA Network, with an expected 10 million new data entries registered daily. The goal is to rank among the top ten globally in terms of gas fee revenue by the end of the year.
Poseidon, a project within the DATA ecosystem (led by a16z with $15 million in funding), announced a strategic partnership with the South Korean financial app Toss (approximately 30 million users). Its data contribution app, Numo, has been integrated into Toss as a mini-program, allowing users to participate in the production of voice, image, and POV behavioral data and receive on-chain rewards in real time without needing to download the app. The two parties plan to expand globally, starting with South Korea.
Poseidon has completed a $15 million seed round led by a16z. Its contributor app, Numo, has accumulated over 711,000 on-chain data registration records globally and is now available on iOS, Android, and the Toss app.
