Svmuu News: According to the latest survey of corporate recruiters released by GMAC, one-third of employers say they are using AI to replace entry-level positions. The survey polled more than 600 recruiters worldwide, over half of whom recruit for Fortune 100 or Fortune 500 companies.
The data indicates that technology roles are at the greatest risk, with 40% of employers in that sector reporting that AI is replacing entry-level positions, followed closely by the manufacturing sector. In addition, the median starting salary for MBA graduates is projected to drop from $125,000 in 2025 to $120,000 this year. Despite changes in the job market, demand remains strong among employers for graduates who possess human skills—such as communication, problem-solving, and adaptability—alongside AI proficiency and technical expertise.
