Svmuu News: According to Al Arabiya TV, citing sources, the United States has informed Iran that it rejects any action that alters the current status quo in the Strait of Hormuz. The sources added that any move to alter the status quo would be viewed as a violation of relevant agreements. They noted that the United States considers Iran’s stance and actions regarding the Strait of Hormuz to be the first test of its commitment to fulfilling its obligations under the agreement; any progress regarding Iran’s frozen funds will be contingent upon Iran’s compliance with the agreement.
