Svmuu News: On July 15, the U.S. International Trade Commission voted to initiate a Section 337 investigation (Investigation No. 337-TA-1511) into certain dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) devices and their downstream products and components (II). The U.S. International Trade Commission will set the investigation’s end date within 45 days of the initiation of the case. Unless vetoed by the U.S. Trade Representative for policy reasons, relief orders issued by the U.S. International Trade Commission in Section 337 cases take effect on the date of issuance and become final on the 60th day following the date of issuance.
