Svmuu News Bitcoin Mining company Ionic Digital announced that its registration statement has been declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and that trading is expected to begin on July 28, 2026, on the Nasdaq Global Select Market at Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “IOND.”
The listing will take the form of a direct listing rather than a traditional initial public offering (IPO). The company will not issue new shares nor raise capital through the listing; instead, it will allow existing registered shareholders to sell their shares directly on the open market.
Ionic Digital stated that this listing will provide a liquidity channel for the company’s shareholders, including a large number of investors who acquired shares as a result of the bankruptcy reorganization of the crypto lending platform Celsius Network. (Theenergymag)
