Svmuu News: According to an official announcement,The Smarter Web Company, a UK-listed company, has repaid its Smarter Convert convertible notes two weeks ahead of schedule, paying approximately $11,698,500 to the TOBAM Group and settling the repayment through the sale of 177.89 Bitcoin tokens at an average price of $65,762 per token.The company’s CEO stated that, while the flexibility of this structure had previously been recognized, it is no longer considered an appropriate capital solution. Following the repayment, the company holds 2,700 Bitcoin. The related potential share issuance has been canceled.
