Svmuu News: According to sources familiar with the matter, SpaceX has begun turning down orders for dedicated Falcon 9 commercial launches scheduled for after 2028 and has suspended new bookings for its Falcon 9 rideshare program in order to accelerate the transition to Starship.
In addition, SpaceX has stopped producing certain non-reusable components for the Falcon series, but is expected to continue using the Falcon 9 to carry out launch missions for the U.S. Department of Defense and NASA. Sources indicated that if Starhip’s future development does not progress as expected, related plans may still be adjusted. (Bloomberg)
