Svmuu News: NVIDIA (NVDA.O) has notified its board partners of a price increase affecting GDDR6 and GDDR7 memory kits.Reportedly, when NVIDIAs sells products to its board partners, it supplies them in the form of kits consisting of GPU chips and VRAM (video memory) chips, while the partners are responsible for mounting these chips onto their own custom-designed PCBs (printed circuit boards) to produce customized graphics cards.As the prices of GDDR6 and GDDR7 memory kits are set to rise again, AIB (Add-in Board) manufacturers are expected to have no choice but to raise the retail prices of their graphics cards accordingly.
