AFX Trade hackers used THORChain to exchange 655.4 ETH for 18.86 BTC across chains
Svmuu News: According to on-chain analyst Yu Jin, the hackers behind the AFX Trade breach have begun exchanging ETH for BTC via the cross-chain exchange tool THORChain. The AFX Trade bridge was compromised the day before yesterday, resulting in the theft of 24.15 million USDC, which were subsequently exchanged for 12,500 ETH. One hour ago today, the hacker began swapping ETH for BTC via THORChain’s cross-chain exchange; so far, 655.4 ETH have been swapped for 18.86 BTC.
