Svmuu News: "deployer," the developer of the AI agent toolkit Bankr, posted on X to remind all Bankr users that they should enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) within their Bankr accounts; enabling MFA only on X or other social media login accounts is not sufficient to ensure the security of their account funds.
Previously, deployer posted on X stating that the Bankr X account had been compromised and used to publish fraudulent airdrop links, despite the account having been protected by a device-based passkey. deployer stated that they have requested X to remove the relevant fraudulent posts and are assisting with the investigation into the cause of the account compromise.
