Bybit Adjusts Risk Limits for STBLUSDT and CROSSUSDT Perpetual Contracts
Bybit announced it will adjust the risk limits and applicable leverage for its STBLUSDT and CROSSUSDT perpetual contracts. The changes will take effect around July 29, 2026, 3:15 AM UTC. Users whose positions do not meet the new margin requirements will only be allowed to reduce their affected positions. A buffer period is in place until August 15, 2026, 3:15 AM UTC, after which the new risk parameters will automatically apply, potentially exposing non-compliant positions to liquidation risk. The adjustments also apply to Copy Trading and Trading Bot positions.
