Cloud infrastructure provider Nscale announced that it will acquire AI software startup Anyscale for approximately $1.65 billion. The acquisition is intended to help customers manage and operate AI systems more efficiently. Anyscale’s approximately 200 employees will join Nscale and continue to operate under the Anyscale brand.
