Canadian energy producer Tourmaline Oil Corp. announced its second-quarter results, reporting C$786 million in cash flow and C$192 million in free cash flow. The company's production averaged 594,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (BOE/day) in Q2. Tourmaline maintained its full-year production forecast of 620,000–640,000 BOE/day and its 2026 capital budget of C$2.55 billion.
Notably, Tourmaline plans a roughly one-year pause between phases of its northeastern British Columbia infrastructure project, delaying major phase-two commitments until mid-2027. The board also intends to declare a quarterly dividend of C$0.50 per share. Additionally, CFO Brian Robinson will retire on November 1, succeeded by Jamie Heard.
