Hong Kong raises guaranteed coupon rate for its latest batch of Silver Bonds to 4.25%, up from 3.85% last year, with up to HK$50 billion (US$6.4 billion) on offer.
The 11th batch of three-year Silver Bonds, aimed at senior citizens, will go on sale from August 21, amid market expectations that the US Federal Reserve will raise interest rates later this year.
