US Mortgage Rates Mixed on Saturday: 30-Year Fixed Rate Falls 7 Bps to 6.61%, 15-Year Rises 11 Bps to 6.01%
According to average rates from the Zillow lender marketplace, the 30-year fixed rate fell by 7 basis points to 6.61%, while the 15-year fixed rate rose by 11 basis points to 6.01%. The 5/1 adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) also increased by 3 basis points to 6.37%.
