Samsung Electronics is actively deepening its cooperation with engineering schools in the United States, aiming to establish a talent pipeline for its semiconductor business. This move comes as the company expands its advanced chip production capacity and the entire industry faces fierce competition for a limited pool of engineering talent. According to the announcement, Samsung's Device Solutions division will hold campus recruitment events at Texas A&M University on August 26, the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign on September 2, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison on September 4.
