A fund manager at Lazard said that infrastructure companies, such as road, water, and telecom tower companies, are undervalued, with their intrinsic value sometimes even surpassing the hype surrounding artificial intelligence (AI). The fund manager noted that while investors are currently broadly focused on AI and data centers, traditional infrastructure in areas such as energy, water, transportation, and communications offers stable investment opportunities.
