Russian overseas crude shipments fell to 3.71 million barrels a day in the four weeks to August 9, the lowest since late May, with weekly exports dropping to 3.25 million barrels a day.
The decline was attributed to renewed Ukrainian strikes on Russian refineries and disruptions around Black Sea shipping, which have led to volatile export flows and key ports like Novorossiysk and Ust-Luga operating below peak levels.
