Clover Health announced that it expects to achieve its first full year of GAAP net income in 2026, driven by the growth of its Medicare Advantage business through its Clover Assistant AI platform, alongside an approximate 50% increase in membership. Interim CFO Clay Thornton noted in a conference call that the AI platform helps reduce hospitalization rates and enables earlier diagnosis of kidney disease and diabetes by identifying and treating chronic conditions sooner.
