SpaceX AI, a subsidiary of Elon Musk's company, launched its AI agent product, Grok Bot, on August 11th. This product is designed to process work across applications like a real colleague and is directly related to SpaceX's $60 billion acquisition of Cursor. The product is currently in early testing, aiming to catch up with Anthropic and OpenAI's布局 in the AI agent market. Grok Bot's core positioning is an "always-on AI teammate" with an independent cloud computer that can directly log into users' existing tools and applications (including platforms without API interfaces). It operates and completes tasks like a human, only reporting back when approval is needed. Elon Musk stated on the X platform that he would expand the testing scale of Grok Bot after fixing early testing issues and releasing Grok 4.6. The product has been widely used internally at SpaceX AI, covering sales, finance, operations, and engineering teams, and supports desktop (Windows) and iOS. It is available to SuperGrok Heavy, Cursor Ultra, and Cursor Teams Premium subscribers.
