The exploit, which created an amount equal to over a quarter of ONE's existing supply, prompted Harmony to work with exchanges to freeze funds and prepare a software fix, including potential rollback options. The network previously faced a bug in 2023 that improperly created 146.3 million ONE tokens and a $100 million bridge attack in 2022.
