Japanese Bitcoin Company Metaplanet Launches “BitBonds” Through $1.3M Private Bond Sale at 4%-4.3% Annual Interest
Japanese Bitcoin reserve company Metaplanet (3350) announced the launch of a continuous bond issuance program called “BitBonds” and has completed the sale of the first four series of private placement bonds, totaling approximately 200 million JPY (1.3 million USD). These unsecured senior bonds have a term of approximately three years and an annual interest rate between 4% and 4.3%.
