World Liberty Financial had planned to sell tokens next year related to a Maldives resort, designed to allow investors to share in the revenue from loans funding a Donald Trump-branded resort. However, the sale has reportedly been delayed due to the war in Iran disrupting travel in the region. World Liberty Financial partnered with RWA platform Securitize in February this year to trade loan interests related to resort development as digital tokens on-chain. It is currently unclear when the tokens will be listed.
