SoftBank Group's filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) shows that as of June 30, in the second quarter, the company established a new stake in Capital One, acquiring 276,811 shares valued at $55.5 million. Concurrently, SoftBank also sold 1.4 million shares of TSMC (TSMC), representing 71.5% of its holdings in the company, valued at $269.8 million. Additionally, SoftBank acquired 10,718 shares of Life360, a GPS location-sharing service provider, valued at $488,500.
