NVIDIA's stake in Elon Musk's space exploration company SpaceX was valued at approximately $21 billion at the end of the second quarter, according to a filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday. NVIDIA acquired these shares through its investment in Musk's artificial intelligence company xAI. Furthermore, Musk stated earlier this month during SpaceX's second-quarter earnings call that SpaceX will exclusively use NVIDIA chips in its AI data centers and expects to receive a significant allocation of NVIDIA Vera Rubin GPUs next year.
