24/7 Wall St. set a target price of $113.17 for Rambus (RMBS) with a "buy" rating, representing a 13.93% upside from its closing price of $99.33 on August 13.
The analysis points out that Rambus achieved record Q2 revenue of $207.4 million, a 20% year-over-year increase, non-GAAP EPS of $0.77, and secured a Tier 1 hyperscale data center HBM design win. Management expects Q3 revenue to be between $210 million and $216 million, with non-GAAP EPS between $0.75 and $0.82. Analysts believe that the growth in AI memory content and data center equipment are the main drivers for a bullish outlook on Rambus.
