Accendra Health (ACH) drops equity issuance plan, expects to appoint CEO successor by mid-September, and sells non-core assets for $45 million
Accendra Health (ACH) has abandoned plans for an at-the-market equity issuance program, citing recent market conditions. The company stated this cancellation will not affect its operating results or financial guidance. Accendra also announced it is selling two non-core assets for a combined total of approximately $45 million in cash, with minimal impact on Adjusted EBITDA. Additionally, the board expects to appoint a successor to current CEO Christopher Pesicka by mid-September 2026, ahead of his planned retirement by year-end.
