Analyst Patrick Sanders believes Google is a better AI advertising stock than Meta over the next five years.
An analysis article published in Yahoo Finance points out that although Google and Meta Platforms have both heavily invested in AI technology in their advertising businesses, analyst Patrick Sanders is more optimistic about Google (Alphabet) as the better AI advertising stock for the next five years. He believes that Google has unique advantages in the online advertising field, such as the market dominance of its Chrome browser and Google search engine, and the enhancement of advertising effectiveness by its Gemini AI model. While Meta Platforms has achieved advertising growth through social media platforms, its CEO Mark Zuckerberg's recent focus on personal AI assistants and the metaverse may divert the company's attention from its core advertising business.
