Analysts pointed out that Oracle's remaining performance obligations for Q4 fiscal year reached $638 billion, and gave a target price of $213.38, representing a 45.5% upside potential from the current stock price.
Oracle achieved an EPS of $2.11 and revenue of $19.18 billion in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, with cloud infrastructure revenue growing 93% to $5.79 billion. Management signed $67 billion in AI infrastructure contracts within a single quarter, and global GPU utilization reached 97.5%. Despite a 40.26% decline in stock price over the past year, analysts believe its massive backlog provides "extraordinary visibility" for future revenue growth.
