Copper Firm KME's Unit Cunova GmbH Said to Pick Banks for German IPO Valuing It at Up to €1 Billion ($1.2 Billion)
KME Group Spa has reportedly selected banks to arrange a Frankfurt listing for its copper-nickel producing unit, Cunova GmbH. The IPO could value the unit at as much as €1 billion ($1.2 billion). Berenberg and UniCredit SpA have been chosen to arrange the initial public offering, which could take place this year or in 2027.
