Datavault AI (NASDAQ: DVLT) has agreed to acquire BankWyse, a Wyoming-chartered bank, in a move to add regulated custody and commercial banking capabilities to its tokenization platform. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval. The acquisition comes as Datavault AI reported strong second-quarter revenue growth, with revenue increasing to $6.7 million from $1.7 million in the same period last year, and gross profit rising to $2.9 million from $35,000. The company reiterated its full-year revenue target of at least $200 million for fiscal year 2026.
