Singapore state investor Temasek Holdings' portfolio companies Shiprocket, Milky Mist, and Molbio Diagnostics recorded gains of 35%, 40%, and 26% respectively following their market debuts this week. This performance highlights Temasek's contrarian bet on India, where it has deployed nearly $9 billion in the last three years, bringing its total exposure to $42 billion. This stands in contrast to other foreign investors, who sold nearly $19 billion in Indian equities last year and have been net sellers for most of this year, with a BofA Global Research survey identifying India as the least favored market in Asia.
