Smart ring company Oura appoints first CIO and SVP of AI to expand AI health features and prepare for IPO
Oura has appointed Sanjay Chandra as its first Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Han Chiu as its first Senior Vice President of AI and Software Engineering. This move aims to strengthen its AI-driven health features and prepare for an upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO). Oura, currently valued at $11 billion, confidentially submitted its IPO draft prospectus to the Goldman Sachs earlier this year, with banks such as Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley managing the listing.
