The company listed assets between $1 million and $10 million, with liabilities as high as $500 million, and estimates having between 10,001 and 25,000 creditors. Poolin stated the filing is to facilitate a business sale and preserve value for creditors, with qualified bids due by September 8 and an auction scheduled for September 10.
