UBS analysis indicates that hyperscale cloud providers Amazon, Google, and Microsoft will spend 102% of their cloud revenue on capital expenditures by 2026, reinvesting almost all cloud revenue into AI infrastructure. UBS also projects that from 2026 to 2028, hyperscale cloud providers' total investment in AI infrastructure will reach $4.1 trillion, more than triple the spending of the past six years ($1.3 trillion).
