Nvidia reportedly warned customers of over 15% price hikes for AI chip servers
The chipmaker informed some of its largest customers that the prices of servers containing its AI chips, including Vera Rubin and Grace Blackwell, could increase by more than 15%. The exact rise will depend on the chip generation and memory configurations. These price increases are expected to take effect on systems shipped next year, driven by the soaring costs of essential memory chips for its GPUs and systems.
