Minneapolis Federal Reserve President Neel Kashkari stated that despite improved inflation data since the Federal Reserve's last meeting, the ongoing price pressures from the war in Iran, tariffs (newly added by Canada), and artificial intelligence (AI) construction indicate that none of these three will ease. Neel Kashkari had voted in favor of a rate hike last month.
