Analysis indicates that the Amplify International Enhanced Dividend Income ETF (IDVO) has outperformed its U.S. counterpart, DIVO, by approximately 5 percentage points year-to-date, and also offers a higher yield.
An analysis report indicates that the Amplify CWP International Enhanced Dividend Income ETF (IDVO) has outperformed the Amplify CWP Enhanced Dividend Income ETF (DIVO) by approximately 10 percentage points over the past 12 months, and by about 5 percentage points year-to-date. IDVO boasts a yield of 5.6%, while DIVO's regular distribution yield is around mid-4%. The report suggests that this is primarily due to higher payout ratios from international dividend payers, particularly European banks, Japanese financial institutions, and Canadian institutions, which structurally gives IDVO's portfolio a yield advantage.
