Ninety One executive Siow says Abu Dhabi Ports minority shareholders “need not be concerned”
Investors need not be concerned about minority stakes after the L'Imad wealth fund proposed to acquire Abu Dhabi Ports, said Alan Siow, co-head of emerging market corporate debt at Ninety One, in an interview with Bloomberg. He also discussed whether the delisting would set a precedent for other companies in the UAE, following investor concerns that it might signal a shift in regional investment strategies.
