Lumentum Holdings Inc. Vice President of Global Reliability and Quality Vincent Retort disposed of 12,566 shares of common stock on August 19 and August 20. The majority of the shares were withheld by the issuer to satisfy income tax withholding and remittance obligations related to the vesting of restricted stock units, while the remaining 2,483 shares were sold pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan. The transactions were executed at a weighted average price of $851.01 per share. Following these transactions, Retort retains 102,000 shares of common stock, valued at $88.34 million as of the August 21 market close. The company's stock has recorded a 638% one-year total return as of August 21.
