Workday (WDAY) is set to release its Q2 earnings report after market close on August 27th ET. Previously, Reuters reported on August 13th that Silver Lake was in talks to acquire Workday, providing strategic support for the company's stock price. Additionally, Workday's annualized recurring revenue (ARR) from its agent AI solutions has approached $500 million, with new annual contract value (ACV) growing over 200% year-over-year. Company management expects free cash flow to reach $3.18 billion in fiscal year 2027, representing a 15% increase. Over the past month, Workday's stock price has risen by 39.77%.
