Strive CEO Announces Bitcoin Bear Market Over, Strive Stock Up 5%, Strategy and Bitmine Up 3%
Strive CEO Matt Cole stated that he firmly believes the Bitcoin bear market is over after Bitcoin simultaneously broke through against both the US dollar and gold. Following this news, Strive (NASDAQ:ASST) shares rose 5% in early trading to $19.09, Strategy (NASDAQ:MSTR) shares increased 3% to $123.05, and Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE:BMNR) shares climbed 3% to $23.50. Bitcoin rose 2% in the past 24 hours to $78,987.45, and Ethereum increased 2% to $2,508.83. Additionally, Strategy raised over $2 billion last week through stock sales, but did not sell its holding of 840,447 Bitcoin, and deposited $1.57 billion into a new unrestricted cash account.
