Experts, including Francesca Albanese, the UN Special Rapporteur on the occupied Palestinian territories, believe these attacks increasingly fit the definition of a "pogrom." The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) recorded over 1,330 settler-related incidents in the West Bank between January and late July this year, averaging six incidents per day, the fastest rate recorded by the agency in 20 years.
