Analysis shows Robinhood's revenue grew 24% to $2.4 billion in the first half of the year, but it is not expected to generate "millionaire-level" returns.
Online broker Robinhood (NASDAQ: HOOD) achieved revenue of $2.4 billion in the first half of 2026, a year-over-year increase of 24%; its total funded customers grew by 7% to 28.4 million, and Gold subscribers increased by 39% to 4.8 million. Analysts expect the company's full-year revenue and adjusted EBITDA to grow by 15% and 9% respectively, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 18% for revenue and 21% for adjusted EBITDA from 2025 to 2028. Despite Robinhood's continuous growth and expansion into prediction market event contracts, SpaceX IPO business, and banking services, analysis suggests that its stock valuation (33 times this year's adjusted EBITDA) is not cheap. While it may double or triple in value over the next decade, it is unlikely to deliver "millionaire-level" massive returns.
