RUM Group stock rallies 7% on $13.7 billion GPU supply contract, but company admits it lacks funds to fulfill the deal
RUM Group (NASDAQ:RUM) stock surged 7% to $9.68 after announcing a commercial agreement worth approximately $13.7 billion to supply GPUs and GPU services to an unnamed U.S.-based cloud customer. The contract value significantly dwarfs the company's Q1 2026 revenue of $25.46 million. However, RUM Group stated it currently lacks the necessary funds to fulfill the contract and plans to raise capital through debt or equity. The deal also includes a warrant for the customer to acquire up to 50.81 million Class A shares at $0.01 per share, and the third tranche of the six-year order is conditional upon customer approval. Meanwhile, Trump Media & Technology Group (NASDAQ:DJT) stock rose 2% to $9.26, while the Global X Data Center & Digital Infrastructure ETF (NASDAQ:DTCR) fell 1%.
