According to Bloomberg, citing sources, smart ring maker Oura confidentially filed for an IPO in May this year, and has hired Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan Chase as underwriters. The target valuation for this IPO is more than 45% higher than the $11 billion valuation during its Series E funding round in September last year, with projected revenue reaching $1.5 billion in 2026, triple the $500 million expected in 2024.
