Hyundai Motor and union tentatively agree on wage hike, bonuses after strikes
Hyundai Motor Co.'s management and labor union have tentatively reached a wage agreement, which includes a monthly base pay increase of 100,000 won ($72.20), a performance bonus exceeding 400 percent of monthly salary, and an additional payment of 12.5 million won. This agreement follows a series of strikes that caused production disruptions.
